Magnolia Hill is a single family 2 bedroom, 1 bath residence. King size bed in master and 2nd bedroom includes 2 twin beds. Full kitchen/ dining room/living room and screened in porch. Private yard space and fenced in. Located in Marietta Georgia about 10 minutes to almost every major highway. 6 miles from the new stadium Suntrust Park and The Battery. Also 10 minutes to Historic Marietta Square. Centrally located to enjoy a little bit of everything in town! Private residence set back off road for a peaceful relaxing stay. Guest can enjoy free Netflix and Pandora. Each bedroom also includes a TV and a TV in living room. You may relax on the porch and enjoy bird watching from the feeder set in the front yard.
