Physical distancing rules apply for check in and check out. This old farmhouse is situated in an estate, in the middle of a natural area, surrounded by olive groves. The structure has been completely restored and transformed into three attractive apartments plus two rooms. The apartment in this estate is located for exploring the region of Umbria. The cities of Perugia and Assisi are located next door, while the towns of Orvieto, Todi, Spoleto and Terni are within easy reach. This is one of the few estates where the olives are still pressed into oil on the estate. In October and November, you can attend the olive pressing yourself. You can reach your apartment, a spacious studio, via a walkway from your private lawn. There's plenty of outdoor space in front of the apartment where you can sit and enjoy the sun or find a shady spot underneath the trees. Shared Swimming Pool is a great place to cool down, where you can enjoy yourselves. Concerning COVID-19: Guests for this holiday home are only accepted if they can comply with the COVID-restrictions and requirements as implemented by the local government.
