From the 2020 season the owners will no longer live in a side part of the Villa, as it has been in previous years until 2019. Therefore the Villa is entirely used exclusively by the guests who will rent it. Villa Palme is part of an ancient 'Baglio' entirely renovated, immersed in a lush garden that surrounds the swimming pool and can accommodate up to 14 people, modern and equipped with all comforts, preserves the charm of the ancient. The Villa is equipped with Free WI-FI, Air Conditioning in every room, n. 3 Safes and Free Parking inside the structure for up to 4 cars, including 2 covered cars. The Villa is located in a strategic point in the Gulf of Castellammare halfway between the airports of Palermo and Trapani. One kilometer away are Restaurants, Pizzerias, Bars, Supermarkets for all your needs. Villa Palme is the ideal place to spend a wonderful relaxing and cultural holiday. In fact, in a few minutes by car, you can reach the beach of Alcamo Marina with free access with fine golden sand, the city of Alcamo with its Castle, the Bosco D'Alcamo Reserve on Monte Bonifato, the path of churches and wine Bianco D'Alcamo DOC, the tourist port of Castellammare with its Castle, the Faraglioni of Scopello, the Zingaro Nature Reserve, the Greek Temple of Segesta with its Greek Amphitheater, the thermal waters of Segesta, all just a few minutes away. In the Villa it is not possible to receive people other than those who have booked, should the needs arise to receive relatives and friends who are not included in the reservation of the Villa, the owners must be asked for authorization for acceptance, in this case, you will be required to pay a daily supplement of € 35 for each person who will use the various services (swimming pool, showers, toilets, kitchen etc ...). For the request for parking of extra cars beyond the 4 already included in the rent, if there is the possibility of space, you must ask the owners for authorization for acceptance, in this case, you will be required to pay a daily supplement € 10 for each extra car. For a comfortable stay, a rental car is recommended. The Villa has Exclusive and Private use of: 5 Bedrooms for 14 people, 5 Bathrooms, 2 Kitchens (Indoor and Outdoor, 2 Indoor Living Rooms, 1 Outdoor Living / Living Room, 1 Laundry Room, 1 Large Swimming Pool, 1 Large Garden and 1 Large Parking Lot. The rooms are composed as follows: 2 double rooms, 2 triple rooms and 1 quadruple room.
