This lovely holiday home with pool, built in the traditional Istrian style, is located in the small village of Zupanići. The house is a high ground floor and consists of a kitchen with a living area, two bathrooms and three bedrooms. It is surrounded by a spacious, green courtyard, where you can relax during hot summer days. It is located near the local road, from which is separated by a high green hedge. Explore the surrounding area on bikes or enjoy long walks in the beautiful nature. It is an ideal place if you want to avoid the city crowds, but still be close to all the interesting places. In about 15 minutes’ drive you will reach Rabac, with beautiful beaches that offer numerous fun attractions for the whole family. Try kayaking, windsurfing, stand up paddling or scuba diving. For day trips we recommend a boat trip to the island of Cres, where you can explore the Blue Cave. Be sure to visit the town of Labin, located on a hill above Rabac, known for its rich architecture, history and numerous art galleries.
