A visit to the Saint Sixtus Abbey in Westvleteren and the Struise Brewers in Oostvleteren is recommended. Plopsaland and the Belgian coast are also surprisingly close! Vleteren is a real beer village. The rustic vacation home is the ideal base for those looking for peace and quiet in beautiful surroundings.
