The house, is only 300 km from Utrecht, 9 km from the Belgian border. Spa, Trier, Aachen, Cologne, the Nürenburgring, Fantasialand, the Rursee, Monschau can all be reached by car in max. an hour. In the immediate vicinity you can enjoy hiking, mountain biking, motorbike travelling. Take a day trip to the impressive castles in the towns of Reiferscheid and Wildenberg. This home in Eifel is well-equipped with a barbeque and a fenced garden for relaxing. The entire house has central heating. The kitchen is fully-equipped and also contains 3 coffee machines (Nespresso, Senseo & filter). Parking spaces directly in front of the door, max. 2 to 3 cars. It is expressly forbidden to organize parties in the house or garden.
