The house consists of 3 independent apartments that can be used together: * "Maffei" accommodation on the ground floor consists of a spacious kitchen with dishwasher and oven, bathroom with shower, bidet and sink and large double bedroom; * "Arena" accommodation on the first floor consists of a double bedroom (about 14 sqm) with the possible addition of a single bed, a windowed bathroom with shower, bathtub, bidet and sink and a second bedroom with a double sofa bed and an outdoor balcony with a striking view of the castle; * "Romeo and Juliet" accommodation on the second floor is on 2 levels and consists of: living room of about 12 square meters with induction cooking corner (special pans provided), large windowed bathroom with bath, shower, toilet, bidet, sink , 1 room of about 14 square meters with two single beds and a new sofa bed a square and a last, a second double bedroom of about 14 square meters, in the attic, climbing a staircase that starts from the living room / kitchen.
