Just 1 km from the historic centre of Pezenas with its many restaurants and bars, Saturday market and wine tasting every Friday along the main street in summer. 20 minutes by car to the sandy coastline towards Cap d'Agde and only 30 minutes north to the hills of Larzac with beautiful views, great walking and watersports on Lake Sagalou. The garden has a dining terrace at the back (table seats 8) and another terrace running along the front of the house. Loungers and chairs are provided around the 8.5m x 4m swimming pool. There are plenty of mature trees which provide welcome shade when the sun gets too hot! Please note that the pool is about 1m at its shallowest so a large paddling pool is also provided for small children.
