Gorgeous Ski Chalet - 7 mi to Belleayre (hot tub)

This fully renovated chalet is close to Margaretville and Phoenicia. 7 mi to Belleayre. Close to hiking/biking. Secluded property with gorgeous pond and mountain views. 6 person hot tub! Great for couples/skiers/hikers/family/friends getaways. No smokers/cats. Extra charges: - $25 firewood/fire starters. - $50 pet fee per dog + $300 refundable deposit - $25 per guest > 5 guests. Booking constitutes agreeing to (1) the liability waiver in the house manual for hot tub (2) no trampoline use. This property is very private and fully renovated inside and out. 7 miles to Belleayre ski resort. The entire home is completely renovated. There are two newly renovated full baths with showers and jacuzzis with jets in each bathroom. Brand new kitchen, roof, electrical, floors, paint, new hot water heater, heating system and fuel tank. Master bedroom and 2nd bedroom have access to deck through sliding glass doors. Each bedroom has electric fireplace for extra warmth. Note: water is from a well. You are free to drink it, however other drinking water is NOT provided. 6 person outdoor hot tub - no kids allowed in hot tub. Booking constitutes agreeing to the liability waiver in the house manual for hot tub. Beautiful fireplace with plenty of stocked wood. There is a great outdoor fire pit and large deck with chairs to layout to take in the gorgeous mountain views. Please remember that inherent risks are assumed with the use of hot tubs. Additionally, there is no swimming in the pond. It is the responsibility of the registered guest to inform anyone using these facilities of the potential hazards of the hot tub and the no swimming in the pond policy. Each guest’s use of the hot tub constitutes a release of liability and waiver of any and all rights, claims or causes of action of any kind whatsoever arising out of such use, for any physical or psychological injury, including but not limited to illness, paralysis, death, damages, economical or emotional loss; and constitutes agreement that the owners and hosts of the property assume no responsibility for any accident, illness, injury, or death. There is absolute NO use of the trampoline on the premises. Booking constitutes agreeing that you will NOT use the trampoline. Guests have access to the entire property and home (except for trampoline). I am available by text, phone or email for anything you need. Will respond within minutes. Located in Fleischmanns but secluded and private far from the main drag. 5 beautiful acres with a pond. Roads and driveway are plowed throughout the year. The house has Wifi and television and there is cellular phone service. Brand new AC and grill. Please note the hot water tank is small and from a well if you take a long shower, use the indoor jacuzzi and fill it up with hot water, if may take a couple of hours for the hot water supply to regenerate. Please remember you are in the wilderness and the water is from a well. Please note, bottled water and coffee is NOT provided at the house. There is a Keurig and a regular coffee maker. Snacks are not provided (make sure you bring food or go to the supermarket). The closest supermarket is 6 miles. Shampoo/condition/body wash is provided. Due to extra cleaning required by Covid -19 check-in time may be moved to 4 or 5 pm. No smoking of any kind is permitted in the house. Including medical marijuana. Note, if you are staying longer than a week and want to use the propane grill multiple nights there may be a charge for propane if you do not obtain a new tank. Someone may come to mow the lawn. I try to get advance notice but sometimes it is not possible. Usually takes an 1-2 hours. Also, on Tuesday mornings someone comes to pick up the trash. Do not be startled! Absolute no trampoline use under any circumstances. The $300 charge for pets will be refunded on the day of checkout assuming no pet damage (i.e., pee on carpets, etc...).
