Pet Friendly warm comfortable home

Why stay in a Motel when you can have a full house. King Cottage is an affordable accomodiation cottage, that is clean, cozy and comfortable. Polished Timber Floors throughout the home. We have 3 bedroom - 2 x queen beds, 3rd bedroom with a Double & Single bed. The house is fully renovated with new Kitchen & Bathroom. & outside BBQ area. We have TV / DVD & Foxtel for the relaxing night by the fire. Brand new Leather lounge, air conditioning. We provide fire wood for short stays (2-3 nights), for any extensive stays, guest will need to bring or purchase firewood. We offer a fully Fenced yard for the Children to Play. We are also Pet Friendly (Strictly Outside only). Under no circumstances are any pets allowed inside, even inside pens. Please note under no circumstances are Parties/BBQ's to be held with outside guests. Unfortunately due to recent events only guests staying at the house are permitted to be at the house, outside guests are not allowed. There can only be a maximum of 6 guests at the house at any given time. Please be mindful we are in a quiet neighbourhood so we ask you respect our neighbours and arrive and leave quietly. The unused rooms will be locked again due to recent issues with some guests. We have a strict no smoking policy. We are located in the township of Wilberforce - A great central place to stay and discover the Hawkesbury - within close proximity to us is - Windsor, Richmond, Bilpin, Kurrajong, St Albans, Wisemans Ferry, Ebenezer - all towns have a great history. We are also located close to the Hawkesbury & Colo Rivers - for the Skier's, bring your boat we have off street parking. Boat ramps close by.
