The villa is very cosy. It features antique, warm and romantic furniture, but is equipped with all essential technologies. It is therefore ideal for those who would like to use the quiet villa also for business purposes. On the ground floor, next to the garden and relaxation area, there are a large kitchen with a big dining table, a big living room with a dining space and a sofa bed, a laundry room also used as a storage room, and a room with a pool table (smokers’ area). On the first floor (with a view of the garden and the piazza) you can find the air-conditioned grandiose bedroom with a double bed and an ensuite bathroom with a shower, a bedroom with two single beds and a ceiling fan, a further bedroom with a double bed and a ceiling fa, and a bathroom. The villa is ideal for six people. The villa is surrounded by a romantic and furnished garden. The site is fenced, to ensure the safety of children and the privacy of guests. The special feature of this villa is the service by our professional team, which is included in the rental price and takes care of the outdoor area, whilst you enjoy a relaxing stay. In the outdoor area there is a heated private whirlpool (for four people) in your garden . We are happy to assist with any queries. To the rear of the house, on the owner’s site (separated off by two gates and a 30-metre-long pavement) there is a swimming pool that can be booked on request (free, to be indicated on your booking) and is for your own exclusive use. Here in the countryside, amidst nature, you can not only look at but also touch the fields planted with corn, wheat, tobacco and rice. You can watch rice processing or milking at the authentic old farms and, with a bit of luck, even witness the birth of a calf or foal. In this peaceful oasis it is a pleasure to go on walks, to go jogging or on cycle trips through the fields. Near the villa there are archery facilities, a fitness centre with a sauna, an indoor and outdoor pool, a motorcross piste, an airport for ultra-light aircraft (also flying lessons), a riding school for adults and children from 3 years old, which also arranges riding excursions, as well as the rice route for the Vialone Nano IGP type (protected geographical origins label). In the region there are various nature reserves that are habitats for flora and fauna in danger of extinction.
