Ploes Luxury Cottages consist of two independent dwellings set in 6000m2 of beautiful gardens! Retaining their charming Kefalonian farmhouse exteriors the cottages have been drawn seamlessly into the 21st century with pared-back contemporary interiors. Christiana, the owner, is an archeologist with an eye for detail and a flair for interior design. She has carefully selected high quality furniture, soft furnishings and linens for luxurious comfort. The cottages provide the perfect luxury retreat built in spacious gardens with varied fruit trees (figs, walnut, pomegranate, lemon, oranges and olive), vineyards and flowers. Nestled above the cliffs overlooking the amazing cove of Pessada the cottages are within close proximately to the sea so guests can enjoy a cool breeze through the trees and in the evening can delight in the night sky. The two cottages can be used together for friends and family or rented independently. There is a private entrance and drive to each of the properties; they are situated at 70m apart. Meliti Cottage is a one bedroom cottage which sleeps 2 guests with an en-suite bathroom. It can accommodate one extra guest on the comfortable living room sofa bed, or max two kids. (The extra guest will have to enter the bedroom to use the bathroom). The cottage has a have fully fitted kitchen making self-catering easy and enjoyable, even for the most demanding guests. The house offers amazing sea views from all areas, especially the view from the bed will stay memorable. Relax in the cosy sitting room, prepare dinner or relax in the outside furniture (tables, relaxing sofas or sunbeds) enjoying total serenity, beautiful sea and mountain views as well as the calming sound of the sea. Meliti is a one level property so it is ideal for those who do not want internal stairs.
