It is a charming 2nd floor apartment, just two minutes walking through a wood path to Cabedelo Beach! A long beach very well known, perfect for lovers of walks by the sea and for fans of water sports (sailing, surfing, wind, kite and SUP)! Can't miss this special place ... Once here, enjoy yourself in a very comfortable place, fully decorated with sea and fishery tools so that you can truly merge with the energy and vibes of the ocean, with spacious and well natural lighting divisions. The apartment has elevator to access the 2nd floor, a living and dining room, balcony, kitchen, one bathroom and two bedrooms (it is also possible to set an extra-bed in one of the rooms), as well as private outdoor parking space , access to a pool (open from 1st July until 15th September) and to a tennis court (5 € / hour). At the apartment there is also a baby crib, baby meals chair and toys for kids! For touring around, you will have at your disposal bicycles, including for kids and baby bicycle chairs! Besides the proximity to the beach, this spot is also perfect if you intend to get to know this beautiful region, knowed as Minho, with its rivers, landscapes, mountains and valleys! Right below the apart, you will find a grocery store, managed by a lovely and helpful lady, where you can find great fruits and vegetables, other cooking products and even order daily bread! There is also a great gym, restaurants and bar, surf / wind / SUP / kite school, a bakery and many other services. The nearest pharmacy is only 3 minutes driving and the supermarkets only 4km away. You also have a Shopping Center in Viana do Castelo, for any further purchases!
