By car, you will be 20 minutes from the corsair city of Saint Malo, 10 minutes from the medieval city of Dinan and its river port, 10 minutes from Combourg castle where Chateaubriand lived, 35 minutes from Rennes and 40 minutes of Mont Saint Michel. The house is built around an old village bakery. The architectural project made it possible to integrate a modern extension while enhancing the existing heritage. Thus, the house combines the charm of old stones and the requirements of modern comfort. It offers beautiful volumes and numerous points of light (canopy, portholes, veranda). Located in a village and with an enclosed garden, it will allow you to spend a pleasant stay. On foot, you will be close to two beautiful forests (Mesnil forest and Coëtquen forest) steeped in history and legend (Tressé dolmen, feudal clods, Coëtquen castle with its legend of Patira, Chesnaie castle where lived Lamennais). The house is on two levels. On the ground floor you will have a fitted kitchen, a dining area (above which a beautiful glass roof brings a magnificent point of light), a lounge in the old bakery (where you can still see the entrance to the bread oven), a veranda. A corridor will lead you to the private parts (bathroom with walk-in shower, WC with sink, cupboards, wardrobes, mirrors) and to a wooden staircase which gives access to the first floor. The upper floor is made up of two bedrooms and a WC with sink. A sofa bed in the living room allows sleeping two additional people.
