Pretty private house with 2 private parking spaces. It is located 10 minutes from the nearest beach in a charming village of Corbières. The house has 3 bedrooms: 2 double bedrooms (1X140, 1x160) and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and possibility of adding another single bed (usually it is the child's room). A large bathroom with bath and shower. The toilets are separated. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, oven, gas hob, refrigerator, etc. on the large living room with TV (large screen), internet wi-fi, 2 sofas which can be used as extra sleeping. The terrace has a pergola, large outdoor tables and chairs, a BBQ, a sofa, a hammock and 3 chairs. A library and board games are also available. Finally the village is very quiet, but was some entertainment as pétanque competitions, dances and meals will be provided. The nearest beach is La Palme 7 km, Port-Nova also Leucate La Franqui 12 km.
