Apache Creek B&B. Enjoy Santa Fe Style of living.

Lovely and very spacious Santa Fe style (3200 sq. ft) home nestled in a quiet setting just minutes from town. Sitting high on a hilltop lined with Pinion trees and wonderful views. Enjoy the beautiful sunsets and all the beauty of the Sangri De Cristo mountains. Santa Fe is the heart of New Mexico. It offers many great restaurants, art galleries, and a mega of outdoor activities. Hiking, fishing, hunting, biking, are only minutes from Apache Creek. The house is great for entertaining friends and family. It has a large open comfortable feel. Plenty of parking space. Easy to get to, but yet is set in a quiet neighborhood amongst the pinion tree hills of Santa Fe. The house is equipped with all the necessities that you need, whether you stay a couple of nights or a full month. The kitchen is well equip and there is a front load clothes washer and dryer in the utility room off the breakfast nook. The entire house is available for use to those renting through AirBnB. Eventually this place will be run as a regular B&B. There is a garage and you can park a vehicle inside, but you will have to open it from the inside. You are welcome to roam around the 4 acres, just be careful, there is a short hiking trail through the woods at this time, but there are plenty of obstacles, including cactus to trip over. Please be careful. We welcome any comments on what you like or dislike about the place. Someone close by will always be available if needed. Phone numbers will be given to the guest at the time the guest get the key code for their stay. There are local books and listings of things to do, places go, places to eat at the house. A gas BBQ grill is available to use, it is an older one and has to be lit with a lighter, use at your own risk. At any time before or during your stay, please feel free to text or call me if you have questions. Located far enough away from downtown to give you a quiet relaxing time but you can still enjoy great restaurants such as Cafe Fina and Harry's Roadhouse that are only a few minutes away. Easy access to I-25. Whether you are driving or using an uber, everything that Santa Fe has to offer is only minutes away. The house has outside security cameras that monitor only the outside of entrances. There is an RV camp ground near the property. I have not had any concerns with noise or traffic from it, but it is good to know in case you have an RV or friends/family that want to stay near by
