Guest Suite w/ private entrance in Old Greenwich
Bright, clean, modern private guest room with own bathroom is located in the lower level of the house. The private entrance is accessed from the side yard and has a set of eight steps leading downstairs to the suite. Located in a beautiful home in Old Greenwich town- STROLLING DISTANCE to all shops, schools and trains. Best of all, five minute drive to Tod's Point Beach for walking, biking, swimming, kayaking or even clamming! Enjoy breathtaking sunsets from the beach as well! There is a coffee/tea maker, microwave and mini refrigerator in a separate area for your use. Room includes a desk and chair for laptop use. Our small non-allergenic senior pup lives with us and his name is Luke. You may hear him occasionally bark at a truck or the doorbell. He is very sweet and usually napping near one of us. Our home office and tv room are on the same level as the guest room but do not interfere with the privacy of the guest suite. Also, please note we have a no smoking policy in the house or on the grounds. Parking is available on the street. My husband and I mostly work from home and are available if something comes up. Otherwise, we can be reached via text. Check-in is best at 3:00 and check-out by noon. Old Greenwich town - also known as OG has a wonderful cafe called Sweet Pea's. Local hangout during the day with a great buzz. A hip place to grab coffee or a bite. There are also numerous unique shops to browse or pick up gifts. Binney Park is nearby where you can picnic or walk around the pond. Beach is accesible to visitors with a daily beach pass and parking pass purchased at the OG Civic Center. No need to drive - everything is walking distance from our house with the exception of the beach which is less than a mile.
