Casa Verde is a private holiday house with pool in Le Marche region, located in the calm countryside setting of San Ginesio. This town known as the balcony of Sibillini has been included in the list of the Most beautiful borgos in Italy and offers stunning views stretching from the Adriatic coast to the Sibillini mountains. The house has been recently renovated and stands out for its welcoming familiar atmosphere. It is surrounded by a wide garden with fruit trees and a private pool with panoramic view over the surrounding countryside. Guests can benefit of a porch with tables and chairs for al fresco dining and relaxing. The villa is on two levels. On the first level there’s a living room with fireplace, a well equipped kitchen, double bedroom with exit to a small terrace, twin bedroom, bathroom with shower and toilet. From the outside you access to the lower floor composed of a bedroom with two single beds and direct exit to the garden, double bedroom and bathroom with shower and laundry area.
