Holiday apartment in Belluno with shared garden. The apartment is located on the ground floor of a building where the owners live. It consists of a large kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom, ideal for a couple with children. At guests' disposal there is a large equipped and outdoor shower shared with the owners. Excellent position for sportsmen: we are in the Belluno Dolomites park, an environment characterized by a wonderful alternation of meadows and woods, hills and rugged slopes, rich in waterways and paths of all levels for hikers or for lovers of bicycle. The numerous cycle paths and endless roads that climb the mountains make it an ideal destination for cycle tourism: we are on the famous Monaco-Jesolo cycle path. The whole Val Belluna is crossed by a cycle path: starting from the house you get to Feltre (26 km) and to Lake Santa Croce (20 km). In Belluno there is also the possibility to rent electric bikes. In summertime, Lake Santa Croce (20 km) is the paradise of water sports: sailing, wind surfing and kitesurfing. Nearby you can also practice traditional sports such as horse riding, golf, tennis and for lovers of strong emotions the area is perfect for hang gliding and paragliding. For winter sports enthusiasts, you have a great choice: the ice Palace in Feltre (26 km), endless ski slopes in the skiing area of Mount Nevegal (13 km). Excellent starting point for visiting the most famous cities of art of the region: Treviso (70 km), Venice (100 km); Vicenza (110 km). Of particular historical and artistic interest are also the smaller towns of the province of Belluno, all surrounded by the marvelous natural setting of the Dolomites: Feltre (26 km), Mel (15 km), Agordo (28 km), Cortina d'Ampezzo (70 km) , Vittorio Veneto (35 km). Do not miss tasting the rich food and wine offer: in the surrounding villages from spring to autumn there are festivals dedicated to local products. For beer lovers there is a historic brewery in Pedavena (35 km) . Please note that: Bed linen and towels are included in the room rate.
