This beautiful stone house from the nineteenth century is located at the edge of the picturesque village of Monteleone Sabino, in the Sabine Mountains, between the valleys of the Turano and Farfa. The house is tastefully furnished and has typical features of the farmhouses in the area, such as wooden beams, stone or tiled floors and fireplace. On the ground floor the house offers two large reception rooms and a semiprofessional kitchen. On the first floor are located the four bedrooms and four bathrooms. Please note two of these bedrooms have direct access to a terrace overlooking the garden. The garden, with its beautiful swimming pool will be extremely enjoyable during spring and summer time. This villa is lends itself very well to all kinds of events from anniversaries to weddings ideal location. Should this be of interest is in fact possible to arrange wedding and catering services. Please note that: Bed linen and towels are not included in the room rate. Guests can rent them at the property for an additional charge of EUR 10.00 per person or bring their own.
