The Space: The apartment is located on the top floor of a 3 level new building, ensuring a very peaceful stay. This apartment is located in the residential area of old center of Duinbergen. It is only 500 meters away from the beach and less than 10 minutes away from the Lippenslaan and 15 minutes from the natural reserve "Het Zwin". We have 3 comfortable bedrooms with king-size beds of which one with a fully equipped bathroom ensuite. The bedrooms have high-quality mattresses that have been professionally prepared for you using high-quality hotel bedding and linen that allows you to sleep like an angel. We also provide soft and thick bath towels (one large & one small per person/stay) and luxurious bathroom essentials such as Rituals shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, shower gel and hand soap. Of course, hairdryers are also present! You can always request more linen and towels. Did someone say food? The apartment also has a fully equipped open kitchen so you can prepare whatever your creativity and cravings of the day could be. If you have hard times waking up, we have foreseen a Nespresso machine with a few starting cups that should help you start the day fresh. We love taking a morning coffee while watching the city wake up, and we hope you will enjoy it too! The dining room has a large table with 6 chairs and a direct view on and access to the terrace. Time to relax? Then our pleasant living room is here for you. You can make yourself comfortable on the sofa, and relaxation guaranteed. Guest Access: Guests have full access to the entire apartment, and is solely used for guests. It includes 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms, an open kitchen, a living room with dining area, large sunny terrace, 2 toilets and a hallway. We provide a private parking places in the building with space for 2 vehicles. The apartment is entered via a private entrance. We will provide all necessary information 2 days in advance. The Neighborhood: The apartment is located in Knokke - Duinbergen, a new luxurious residence, with the beach only 500 meters away. You can go to all the best places in no time, while catching a beautiful glimpse of Knokke- Heist. For those who want to do some more extensive walking, there is a protected national domain only 10 minutes away also known as “Het Zwin”. The well-known exclusive shopping-street de Kustlaan and Lippenslaan are 10 minutes away and plenty of top-class restaurants are at short distance. The coastal tram is at walking distance. Getting Around: *** ACCESSIBILITY *** You can easily reach the house by public transport and car. Your car can be parked in the building for free and in front of the house paid parking is allowed. *** PUBLIC TRANSPORT *** The railway station is at walking distance only 5 minutes away. *** PARKING *** Parking is possible for 2 vehicles on the premises on the -1 level of the residence. Paid parking is allowed on the street in front of the building. Other Things to Note: *** EXTRA INFORMATION *** - We provide prepared beds with the high-quality bed linen. One pair of bed linens per guest, per stay. More bed linen can be ordered during your stay at a surcharge. Baby bed linen is not included. - We provide soft and thick bath towels. One big and one small towel per guest, per stay. More bath towels can be ordered during your stay at a surcharge. - We provide a Nespresso machine and 2 free capsules per guest, per stay. - We provide Rituals, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, shower gel, hand-soap good for 3 days. - We provide a few starting amenities enough for at least 3 days: sugar, olive oil, pepper & salt, handwash, detergent, kitchen-towel, kitchen-cloth and a kitchen sponge, kitchen paper and trash bin with bags. We also provide dishwasher tablets if a dishwasher is available. *** HOUSE RULES *** - We do not allow smoking. - We do not allow parties. - If pets are allowed, an extra charge of 50 euros will be charged for hygiene reasons. This is only upon request and after confirmation. - We do not allow guests under 26 years. We can make an exception upon request. - We ask all our guests to respect the low noise hours between 22:00 - 08:00. - We ask all our guests to use everything with respect as if it were their own. In case of damage, the paid deposit will be kept for the respective amount. A secure link will be sent to you via Swikly for which you need a credit card. The charged fees for things like accommodation and cleaning are split in 90% for real estate rental and 10% for rental of furniture. Interaction with Guests: We work with the straightforward keyless and self-check-in procedure. We respect your privacy 100%, but this said, we will always be available to help or answer any questions you might have via platform message or phone.
