Newly renovated shared bathroom with jacuzzi tub located 13 steps up from dwelling on the main floor. Big comfy couch with huge ottoman and 4 high end queen size delux air mattresses that sit high. Newly renovated, widened concrete steps and walkway to provide easy access for guests with luggage. 9 minute drive to Sarah Lawrence College, College of Mount Saint Vincent, & Manhattan College. 13 minute drive to Yankee Stadium. Very close to parkway that can connect guests to any highway to head into any Nyc boro or parts of Westchester county. Private entrance, air conditioner, refrigerator, and microwave. Thermostat is guest controlled. Newly renovated bathroom is located on the main floor. Im always reachable by call or text. I also live on premises Nice and quiet neighborhood. Very safe! 9 minute drive to Sarah Lawrence College, College of Mount Saint Vincent, & Manhattan College. 13 minute drive to Yankee Stadium. Very close to the Bronx & Manhattan. Very easy to reach any boro from here because we are close to the Saw Mill River Parkway which can connect you to any highway to go anywhere. Smoking is allowed outside only. Your privacy is 100% respected! By car is best Very convenient, clean, comfortable, safe, private, & quiet location. 9 minute drive to Sarah Lawrence College, College of Mount Saint Vincent, & Manhattan College. 13 minute drive to Yankee Stadium. Please lower thermostat to 55 when not occupying the dwelling. Raise thermostat to first pen mark when occupying dwelling. This will bring dwelling to 68-70 degrees very quickly. Heat works fantastic. We just need to make sure our gas bill doesn't skyrocket. Thank you in advance for your help.
