Wiselka Holiday House-1,2km to the beach.Sauna!

This is a beautiful 175sqm luxury holiday home built in 2016 on a 900sqm fenced property. 1.25km on foot through the forest to the beach. ATTENTION - NO PARTIES ALLOWED IN THE HOUSE! Here you will find absolute tranquility, here you can let your mind wander in every season. The house offers you relaxation at a high level: on the ground floor - a huge living / dining area with a beautiful fireplace, cozy and perfectly equipped kitchen (with EVERYTHING you need in the kitchen) + 1 bedroom with double bed and bathroom. The open construction (in some cases a room height of 7-8 meters awaits you) brings a lot of light and space. Underfloor heating throughout the house. Natural, high quality materials: wood, brick, slate stone. Big windows. The entire wall to the terrace is glazed. On the 1st floor there are 4 individually furnished bedrooms (3 x rooms with double bed + 1 x room with 2 bunk beds for 4 children) + 2 bathrooms. All beds have new, high quality mattresses (5 zone mattresses). In each bedroom you will find enough space in the closet + chest of drawers for your clothes. A fourth bathroom is located in an annex in the garden - right next to the panoramic sauna with a view of the green garden. The sauna can comfortably accommodate 4 people. In the living room you will find a large TV with German-language channels (satellite TV) and USB connection as well as a DVD player. In the house you will find a selection of books in German + toys for children (wooden train, doll house, some Lego Duplo) as well as board games for the whole family (Monopoly, the large Ravensburger games collection + others). WIFI for guests: free of charge. Along the house, in the green courtyard - you will find a 60 sqm terrace (garden furniture, deck chairs, hammock, grill etc. you will find in the garden - utility room). Outside - on the terrace - there is a practical sink. In the boiler room (access from outside) there is a washing machine and dryer. On the property you will find an old stock of trees: a beautiful walnut, apple tree, maple, cherry and a large birch. Parking for 5 cars - in front of the house (the whole property is fenced). Bed linen / towels are provided by the landlord and are included in the price (the basic price is for 8 people. After that - an extra charge). The house is ideal for a large family, 2-3 friends / couples or - in the luxury variant - for 1 couple who likes to spend a romantic weekend by the fireplace ;-) The manageable center of Wisełka with many small shops, cafes and restaurants is 1.5 km away (a nice path through the forest or on a protected sidewalk along the country road leads there). The year-round "Villa Park" star hotel in Wisełka - with its excellent restaurant and wellness center (massages can be booked) - is also 1.5 km away. Miedzyzdroje is 13 km away. The small lighthouse KIKUT - the second smallest in Poland but - the highest on the west coast of the Baltic Sea - can be found after a 25-minute walk through the forest. The Woliner National Park almost starts right outside the door. You no longer have to cross a busy street, you live 50m from the park boundary ;-). This park (with very interesting ice age formations - small hills, valleys) - these are old beeches, blueberries, romantic forest clearings, then closer to the beach: pine trees - a 1.2 km walk to the beach through a fairytale forest (fascinating to everyone Season, sometimes you wonder what is more beautiful here: the beach or the forest ...). Thanks to the national park, which protects the Baltic Sea coast like a natural belt, you will find one of the most beautiful beaches on the Baltic Sea. Wide, wide, white sand and even in the summer months July-August there is guaranteed a lot of space (we could always play football on the beach in high summer). No "lying close together", lots of air, lots of space in every season! Attention: there are no takeaways / no bars / cafes on the beach itself. It is really pure nature.
