The property is located in the center of Saronno, logistically well placed with respect to the main road network being close to the Saronno motorway junction (Milan-Como-Varese) and the ss. Varesina, just two minutes walk from the Ferrovie Nord Milano station. The property is minutes from the Saronno hospital. Our apartment offers a comfortable stay for business trips, studies, pleasure or medical visits. The apartment is located on the first floor of a newly built elegant building, and is served by lift; the real estate unit is finely furnished, has a large living / bedroom area bed, a fully furnished eat-in kitchen and a bathroom with tub and shower. The sofa can be transformed into bed increasing the capacity to 4 beds. Under the structure there are ample free parking on the street always available. For short stays, the use of the kitchen for preparing meals is not allowed, the microwave oven can be used to heat take-away food. For long stays it will be possible to agree an extra cost for the use of the kitchen. Under the building there are numerous bars and in the immediate vicinity a convenient supermarket. Various restaurants are within walking distance. Pharmacy and various shops can be reached in a few minutes on foot.
