Charmy Villa Estoril by Amber Star Rent is a luxury accommodation with an unparalleled style. It is situated in a quiet area but at the same time close to the main tourist attractions of Estoril and Cascais. Next to the accommodation is the famous Estoril Casino and Poça Beach. The house has a great outdoor space with a pool, parking space and garden with barbecue. The interior is composed of a living room, laundry room, toilet and a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, microwave, hob, oven, washing machine and dishwasher, electric kettle, toaster, mixer, coffee machine "Dolce Gusto", pots and pans, dishes, cutlery and cooking utensils. By the room has direct access to the pool and the kitchen to the back garden with barbecue. On the first floor are 3 bedrooms, one of which has a private bathroom with shower. The other 2 bedrooms are served by another WC with shower. On the second floor there is another bedroom and a WC with shower. This room has access to a magnificent terrace where you can have a tasty breakfast and enjoy the view. Other amenities can be highlighted, such as air conditioning, a television in each room and in the living room, with cable channels in several languages. Please note that late check-in after 20:00 will incur an additional charge of EUR 20. There will be a municipal fee of € 2 / person / night for a maximum of 7 consecutive nights. Children under the age of 13 are exempt from this rate. The hosting rules are as follows: Only guests registered on the reservation can stay overnight. Rest hours: 23:00 to 07:00 *; No smoking, pets, parties, birthday parties/events/get-togethers; Check-out by 12:00 on the day of departure; The security deposit: 300€ The security deposit must be paid in cash on the day of check-in and is returned by bank transfer within 7 days of the complete inspection of the accommodation. The security deposit will be withdrawn when the damage is identified and/or if the non-compliance with the rest period is verified. Additional expenses due to COVID infection or others are the responsibility of the guest. The guest must present the negative COVID test.
