If Palamós and la Fosca / the beach where the house is located/ is not a free area of covid and shops, bars of tapas, restaurants and beaches are closed because covid appears in our area you will have an open credit of the money for your next holidays that you can use during the next year. 3. If your Government orders a quarantine as it happened with England at your return from Spain I will give you an open credit of the money that you already paid that you have to use during the next year. 4. If everything is open in Palamos and you are able to enjoy your holidays going to tapas bar, restaurants, markets, beaches and shops since there are no restrictions to your mobility I cannot refund you and neither give to you credit for a next stay. IN THE SHARED GARDEN THERE ARE 6 SHOWERS WITH HOT WATER AND 4 TOILETS AND IN THE HOUSE 1 BATHROOM WITH SHOWER. Family house full of history and charm 35 meters from the beach of La Fosca. The house has 3 double bedrooms, a bedroom with two single beds of 90x190 another bedroom with two single beds of 90x190 and a third bedroom with bunk beds two beds of 90x190, a bathroom with shower, hand basin and toilet, a dining room for 6 people and living room with a double sofa bed 140x190 and a fenced terrace of 24m2 with at the entrance of the house with a table for 8 people, sun loungers and a barbecue. A 3,500 m2 garden shared with 12 families. In the shared garden there are 6 showers with hot water and 4 toilets, a pediment and a ping-pong table that you can use freely in the house you will find rackets and balls. It also has a small forest with hammocks, punching bag and basketball baskets. On the property you can park 1 cars. If you need a baby cot, high chair or baby bath, you can ask for it in advance and you will have it at home for free. The house is delivered without sheets or towels you can bring your own or rent: double sheet set: 15 euros, single sheets set: 8 euros, towels set: 1 medium and 1 large: 4 euros and clean, you can do the final cleaning or ask for it in which case it will have an additional cost of 50 euros.
