A Dream, brand new: modern villa - dogs for free

The new Villa Marie with a living space of more than 1,180 sqft (110 qm) was built in summer 2018 according to the latest energy standards. Thanks to the modern construction method the holiday house is top isolated and offers a very pleasant, healthy climate in summer and winter. On the south side there is a 2,475 sqft (230 qm) fenced garden on two levels with a large terrace (645 sqft / 60 qm) and a pool (20’ x 10’ / 6 m x 3 m), which invites you to refresh yourself. The salt electrolysis pool (without chlorine) has an automatic electrolysis system which ensures a constant, good water quality and does not require chlorine. (The salt content corresponds approximately to that of the tear liquid, just 10% of the salt content of the North Sea.) Thus ideally suitable for allergy sufferers! On the comfortable sun loungers around the pool you can spend your holiday in Provence relaxed. Enjoy your breakfast or aperitif on the sunny terrace at the large, extendable table or in the cosy lounge. A combined gas and charcoal grill is available for barbecue lovers. Up to two cars can be parked directly next to the house - no long distances for luggage and shopping. ## Bedrooms ## All bedrooms are on the first floor and each has a spacious closet. Each bedroom has its own radiator. 1st bedroom: super king sized double bed (71” x 78” / 1,80 m) (continuous mattress) and adjoining bathroom. There is also a nice space for the existing cot. A television with German satellite TV is also available. From the window you have a great view of the adjoining vineyard. 2nd bedroom: queen sized double bed (60” x 78” / 1,60 m), overlooking the lovingly landscaped garden. 3rd bedroom: queen sized double bed (60” x 78” / 1,60 m), with a view of the garden laid out with love. ## Bathrooms ## All bathrooms have a toilet and a large washbasin with drawers. They are equipped with pleasant underfloor heating and an additional towel dryer (heating). A hairdryer is also available in every bathroom. 1st bathroom: on the ground floor with 3’4” x 3’4” (1m x 1m) shower at ground level 2nd bathroom: on the first floor with bathtub 3rd bathroom: on the first floor with shower at ground level (5’4” x 3’4” / 1,60 m x 1 m), accessible via the master bedroom ## Living and dining room ## The open plan ground floor includes the living room, dining area and the open, modern kitchen. The living room with sofa and German satellite TV offers enough space for cosy TV evenings. On the 46'' screen, film and sports events are definitely an experience. A BluRay / DVD player is also available. If you're into technology and music, you can easily connect to the Sonos speaker system. The light-flooded dining area with a large table for up to 8 persons offers plenty of space for extended evenings with a good glass of wine. A modern pellet stove provides a pleasant warmth in winter. ## Kitchen ## The modern kitchen is fully equipped: Oven, microwave, induction hob, American fridge with ice cube maker, super quiet dishwasher, Senseo coffee maker, Nespresso coffee maker, filter coffee maker, kettle and toaster. The rich kitchen equipment also includes numerous amenities such as a salad spinner, plastic storage boxes and crockery for up to 12 people. ## Anything else? ## Washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron are at your disposal for laundry care. A spacious storage room offers plenty of space to store luggage and supplies. All rooms are equipped with hard floors (tiles and vinyl laminate). This makes Villa Marie ideal for allergy sufferers. ## Final cleaning - security deposit - rental period ## For the final cleaning € 140 will be charged. Deposit: if you damage the accommodation, you will be charged up to € 500. Bookings in July and August are only possible from Saturday to Saturday.
