Ca Veggia

Ca Veggia, so called because it is the oldest house in the small village of Caio, is located in the first Ligurian hinterland not far from the sea and the golden beaches of Andora and Alassio. It dates back to 1500 and is typical of Ligurian buildings belonging to the farms of epoch. Completely renovated with love in 2016, our guests can still breathe its originality and elegance. Equipped with all comforts and perfect for large families, it\'s a large semi-detached house on 3 floors, which can be accessed through two entrances. The first entrance is shared with the owners who live nearby and has direct access to the third floor, where are a fully equipped kitchen, a large living room for rainy days, and a beautiful terrace with view over the valley where our guests can start their day with breakfast or in the evening, cook grilled food together on the barbecue. Through a spiral staircase, you go down to the second floor, where there is a bedroom with two separate beds that, on request, can be joined and become a double bed. There is also a reading corner for relaxation and a bathroom with shower. Then you go down to the ground floor, reachable also from the outside, through the beautiful private garden with gazebo, pergola, table, chairs and sun loungers. From the second private entrance, convenient for when you arrive with luggage, you will find the master bedroom, a bedroom with two additional single beds – which, on request, can be joined to become a double bed – a second larger bathroom with shower, and a second kitchenette, convenient for a small breakfast.
