Private Basement bedrooms

We have available a complete basement for private use for up to 8 people (not shared with other guest). It has 4 bedrooms, 3 baths, bar/kitchenette, family room with big screen TV, pool table and desk, along with access to large back yard, fire pit areas and upper deck. We do live upstairs and have a small dog. We might be sharing the deck with you upon occasion. Quite neighborhood. McCook is within 20-30 minutes of three lakes
