Apartment with 2 bedrooms in Infantado in Loures

It is an apartment refurbished in 2015 with 90m2 that allows sleeping comfortably up to 7 people on an eighth floor with elevator consisting of: - 1 bedroom of 18m2 with 1 double bed or 2 single; - 1 bedroom of 18m2 with 1 triple bunk bed; - 1 bathroom with bathtub; - 1 Fully equipped kitchen with 15m2; - 1 room with 18m2 with sofa bed and TV The area is very well served by road access, being next to the junction of the highway A8 and the A9 CREL. The airport is 12 minutes away by car, Campo Grande is 15 minutes away, Sintra is 20 minutes away and Fátima is 90 minutes away, with direct buses to Campo Grande. The urbanization of the Infantado is a great area to live with all kinds of commerce and restaurants for all tastes and bags. The Aldi supermarkets are on the other side of the square and the Loures Shopping Centre is a 10-minute walk away. There is also a parking lot in front of the building where it is not always easy to park from 19h00 but it is possible to leave the car in the Aldi on the other side of the square. === Check-in and check-out ==== Check-in and check-out Check-in time is from 5:00 pm to 9:30 pm. But if you need to arrive a little early or need to leave a little later? Whenever possible, we are very flexible with regard to check-in and check-out times, so please contact us if you need a different time. ===Smoking ===== As a homestay, we have a no-smoking policy (although you can smoke on the terrace). What you do in your personal time depends entirely on you, but in the apartment, we have a policy of zero tolerance towards drug use. === Noise ==== Respect other people, keeping things on the quiet side between 10pm and 8am. If you want to listen to music use the headphones, remember that other people need to rest. ==== Parties ===== If you come to Lisbon to have fun at parties, you have chosen an excellent city to do so. Unfortunately, not in our apartment. Although we're sure this won't happen, complaints from neighbours about noisy behaviour will make you ask to leave. Not good for you and not good for us === Number of guests ==== We also ask that you respect the number of people you booked and paid for when you booked. We understand that for various reasons, you may want someone else to stay with you. If so, please contact us. We are reasonable people and lodge whenever possible. ==== Animals==== Pets are part of the family, right? It's a tacit understanding of all pet owners. Unfortunately, cleaning costs after pet stays are huge and in order to avoid allergies for subsequent guests, we do not allow your stay. We also have the problem of smell. No one who owns a pet thinks your home smells like your pet. But anyone who does not have animals and enters a house with animals, will immediately detect the smell. The house would have to be open 2 or 3 days for the smell to disappear and this is very expensive. ==== SEF ==== By law, we are required to report some personal data of each guest to the Foreigners and Borders Service (SEF). After the information is sent to the SEF, the personal data is destroyed.
