This apartment is on the 13th floor of the Bohem Apartments and contains a North-facing private balcony with stunning uninterrupted views overlooking Adelaide City. This apartment features an open-plan living and dining room, fully-equipped kitchen, laundry, bathroom and two spacious bedrooms with king beds. The living room combines a contains a comfortable sofa that can be easily converted into a third bed for an extra guest. Guests are provided with tea, coffee, sugar and popcorn for a perfect movie night! Ultra fast free Wifi is included. Guests are provided with a swipe card that allows full access to the following common areas on Level 6: - Heated swimming pool - Gym - Outdoor relaxation/BBQ area ***** IMPORTANT NOTES ***** PARKING - A secure onsite car park is available at an additional cost of $15 per day. Please advise us if you require this upon booking. SOFA BED - We can set up the sofa bed with 2 pillows and bed linen for an additional cost of $60.
