Beautiful three-bedroom home and two-baths. Very spacious with a large kitchen to prepare meals. The house has two TVs. One in the master's bedroom and the other in the living room, both have access to Netflix, Hulu, and Showtime. House has a fireplace and lovely backyard with a hammock to enjoy the nice Texan sun. House is located in southeast Dallas a short 20-min drive to Downtown Dallas. -Cotton Bowl: 11-min drive -Deep Ellum: 20-min drive -DFW Airport: 35-min drive This home is very spacious and the definition of cozy. House has a Keurig and coffee pods to enjoy a cup of coffee before you get your day started. There is parking available in the driveway. Guests have access to the entire house except for the garage. All located minutes away from the house: White Rock Lake, Deep Ellum, Downtown Dallas, Mesquite, Great Trinity Forest, and Oak Cliff. Lawnview Station (DART) rail is 5 min away from the house but a car would be recommend. Pets are not allowed, no smoking or parties are to be held in this property. If you host a party in this home you'll be fined and asked to leave and will not be refunded for the stay. If you smoke inside the house a $100 fine will be charged. Accidents happen, but if you break something please let me know, depending on the object a fee will be charged. No unregistered guests.
