Welcome to our recently renovated cottage in the small hamlet of Kerlouet. We hope you enjoy your stay in the peaceful Breton countryside surrounded by trees, fields and close to rivers, forests and lakes. You will wake to the sound of birdsong and perhaps the mooing of a cow or the crowing of a cock. The nearest local shops, post office and bank are 12 kms distant. We have personally thought through all of the amenities and hope to provide you with all the comforts of home. There is a wood burner for colder weather and cosy autumnal evenings and electric radiators in all rooms. The surrounding area has a lot to offer and is sure to make your holiday one of a kind. As a self-catering house, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay. The kitchen has a fridge, a hob, an oven, a kettle, a freezer and a microwave. The house is a perfect place to relax and offers a television and internet access. This house has 2 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 4. In the first bedroom, you will find a super king size bed or there is an option for 2 single beds. The second bedroom contains 2 single beds or there is an option for a king size bed. There are 2 en-suite bathrooms, both of which have a toilet, sink and a walk-in shower. Linen and towels are all included to make your stay more enjoyable. At the end of your stay please leave everything as clean as you would like to find it. If you wish you can pay an additional optional cleaning fee of 50€. House Rules: - Check-in time is 4pm and check-out is 10am. - Smoking is not allowed. - There are on-site parking facilities available at the property. - Well behaved pets are allowed at the property. There is no secure outside space where pets can be left, neither is the property securely fenced in. We always ask our guests to keep their pets with them at all times as we know it is upsetting and worrying for animals to be left alone in a strange place.
