This glorious duplex has seven steps to the main entry of the property then two stairs up into the open plan living, dining and kitchen areas, this property offers ducted air conditioning throughout, is ultra modern and shows off the views of this beautiful area. There is a large TV and DVD player plus a full FOXTEL package with sports, movies and kids channels for your entertainment. There is also FREE WIFI for those that need access to the internet. Bedroom one has a lovely big king size bed. Bedroom two has a queen bed. Bedroom three has a Tri bunk beds. There is a grassed courtyard area at the rear of the garage which would be perfect for children to play. There is a BBQ and outdoor setting (BBQ kept in garage and can be moved but must be put back in garage due to being on the waterfront) The sun drenched deck is perfect for entertaining with family and friends, it is also perfect for accessing the walking tracks, rock pools and Birubi beach that is close by. Internal laundry with washer and dryer and double lock up garage completes this property. Go fishing or stroll the bike path a couple of minutes to beautiful Birubi Beach for surfing and swimming. Anna Bay shops, restaurants and facilities are a 10 minute walk away. There is a bus stop close to the property from Newcastle and the air port that makes this a great property for those that do not drive or prefer to use public transport. This property is immaculately presented and ready for your relaxation and enjoyment! If you were unable to meet these times or are checking in on a Sunday or Public Holiday, we do have an afterhours service in which we can provide to you.
