This beautiful south facing holiday home has a private pool and fantastic views of the vineyards, in Cruzy, in the county of Hérault, 11km from the Canal du Midi. This gorgeous villa is comfortable and has a very welcoming atmosphere, it is located 40km from the beaches of Valras. Its located on the edge of the charming little village Cruzy. It’s built on the heights and protected from the wind, offering you a breath-taking view of the lovely green landscapes and parts of the village, from the sheltered terraces at front of the house. The swimming pool, with its Roman steps, is located slightly under the house. Near the pool is a small covered terrace, perfect for enjoying a glass of local fruit juice or a glass St Chinian wine, a locally produced regional wine. The property is tranquil, but not isolated, far from the main roads, meaning you will be able to enjoy many hours of relaxation in the verdant Mediterranean garden, which also offers you a lot of privacy. From the house you will have access to excellent walking and cycling routes. Located in a luscious green vinicultural area of the Saint-Chinian appellation, the medieval village, Cruzy, has a variety of shops, a bowling alley, a tennis court, a museum where are there are many archaeological remains (Gallo-Roman villas and necropolises), pottery and fossils, and even a very famous restaurant. Between vineyards and countryside, it is the ideal starting point to discover the Mediterranean natural landscape, on foot or by bike. In a 40km radius, do not miss out on visiting the famous resorts of La Grande-Motte, Cap d'Agde, Palavas-les-Flots, Carnon-Plage, Frontignan-Plage and Valras-Plage. Also the major cities of Narbonne and Beziers and their listed monuments, the old village and the beach of Gruissan, Roquebrun and the banks of the Orb, nicknamed the small Nice of the county of Hérault.
