Bring your boat and moor it on your own private pontoon with direct access to Pumicestone passage and beyond. There is a boat ramp 100m down the road. This is The Luxury Fishing Shack you want to stay at with WIFI, Heating, Air Conditioning, Smart TV’s, Kids lounge area, Full kitchen, Great Outdoor Deck overlooking the water. Plus we are pet friendly to outside dogs! Regularly there are sightings of turtles, dugongs and other fascinating creatures in the water nearby. Come enjoy a little piece of paradise! 4 Bedroom home, with 3.5 bathrooms, 2 lounge areas, Full Kitchen, Dining inside and out, 2 Smart TV’s, Heating, Cooling, Water Frontage, Pontoon Jetty and plenty of parking. You will have access to the entire place. We are only a phone call or text message away. We are close by so are able to promptly assist where needed. Boat ramp 100m walk from the house. Will need a car Please note the home is right on the water and there is no fence at the water line, therefore all guests will need to take full responsibility for all children staying at the property and waive any liability on the owner and host of the property. Any pets staying at the property must be house trained, quiet and are only allowed outside and on the back deck. As noted above there is no fence at the water line and therefore at low tide the dog could wander off, so please be aware of this. Age Requirement: Min Age to book is 25 years old and above Lastly, all bookings will require a check-in form completed prior to arrival. The form will require photo ID verification of the main guest and all the names and contact details of all guest over 2yrs due to COVID-19 contact tracing requirements, plus you will need to agree to our terms and conditions. Quiet Hours are between: 10PM and 8AM. We are in constant contact with the surrounding neighbours who will let us know if there is any disturbances. NO SMOKING: Strictly NO smoking inside, on the balcony or in any outside areas. PENALTIES: If any damage is caused, smoking takes place or there is evidence of a party there will be a $250 penalty plus we will request the repair costs plus the extra cleaning costs. If a guest coming in needs to be moved to another property due to the damage or smell of smoke still being present, we will also request the cost of that nights stay. Please respect these rules.
