It consists of two levels from which you can enjoy the magnificent view that the village offers to the Aegean and the surrounding islands. Enjoy the incredible sunset from the comfort of your terrace. Ysternia is located in a great location of the island through which you have very easy access to beautiful beaches and other villages. Ideal for friends or family. The house is 180sqm (1930sqf) and consists of two levels which are connected by an internal staircase. It has an open plan kitchen / living room with a large dining area and a bathroom on the first level where the main entrance of the house is located, while on the lower level (the plot is sloping) are the three bedrooms and the other 2 bathrooms. Both levels have large terraces which offer unobstructed views of the Aegean sea. The kitchen of the house is fully equipped and ideal for the preparation of any of your meals as the house is also used for permanent residence. The dining room and the living rooms are quite comfortable spaces, designed and decorated according to the Cycladic architecture with modern elements. Outdoors there is a comfortable dining area as well as built-in sofas. The three bedrooms are located on the lower level of the house which has the other two bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms have a double bed and the third has two single beds. There is also a separate laundry area. The house has large closets while some of them are closed for personal use. Of course, there is enough space so you can arrange your personal belongings throughout your stay. The guests will reach the property through the traditional paved alleys of Ysternia Village. There are around 40 steps from the Village's parking and it is a distance of 250 meters. Only pedestrians are allowed inside the village which means that the residents of the village should walk from the parking to their houses. The guests have access to all the spaces of the house. There are some locked wardrobes where we store personal beloggings and several tools for the cleaning and maintenance of the property. Of course, there are enough wardrobes where guests can store their belongings during their stay. The traffic of all kinds of vehicles is not allowed within the village of Ysternia as its morphology is characterized by cobbled alleys and steps. The house is located 230 meters from the parking lot of the village and to reach the house you go through 40-50 steps. Ysternia has cafes and restaurants that attract a lot of people during the Summer but the location of the house offers a quiet stay. Also, in the village you will find a mini market and grocery store with several local products for your shopping.
