In the heart of a magnificent wooded park of 55 hectares, the Manor of Plessis Kaër benefits from a unique breathtaking site with a clear view on the river of Auray. This magical place will be the incredible setting for a memorable vacation with family or friends. With nearly 550 m² of living space and featuring 8 beautiful bedrooms with private bathrooms, bright and friendly rooms, a private pool, it is a perfect place to accommodate several families with children or groups of friends up to 15 people. To complete your experience at Le Plessis Kaër, the house will have been prepared with great care and will be ready to welcome you. Premium quality bedding and towels are provided and your beds are prepared for your arrival. You will have all the necessary comfort to enjoy every moment and let yourself be carried by the magic of the place. A cleaning service is offered once a week by your host and is included in the price of your reservation. From the entrance gate of the domain, you walk for 1 km towards the Manor along the river of Auray. You will be immediately overwhelmed by the beauty of the park and its surrounding nature. The magnificent Port of Saint Goustan is only a few steps away, the train station of Auray is less than 10 minutes away and yet you already feel alone in the world! Let the magic of this place work... Entirely renovated in 2015, the Manor is articulated on 3 levels as follows: First floor / Level 0 A large entrance hall gives you access to the different spaces of the house. You will find : - A large dining kitchen, modern and tastefully decorated, very bright and functional, perfectly equipped: central island, large refrigerator, 6-burner stove, dishwasher, oven, microwave, large set of cooking utensils for your meat, fish, seafood dishes, raclette machine, etc. You will not lack anything! A dining table for 8 people completes the room. - A spacious dining room that can accommodate large family gatherings by the fire thanks to the double fireplace overlooking the living room. - A comfortable and bright living room with sofas and armchairs. Large windows allow you to observe the surrounding nature. - Belle-Ile: a beautiful master bedroom with a view of the Auray river: it is equipped with a king size bed and an adjoining shower room. A separate toilet is located next to it. From the central staircase, you can access the first floor and the garden level. 1st floor / Level 1 On your right, you will find 3 other rooms: - Houat : queen size bed, shower room with adjoining toilet. Beautiful view on the river of Auray. - Hoedic : king size bed, shower room with adjoining toilet - West side : queen size bed, shower room with adjoining toilet. View on the countryside. On your left, another night space awaits you. - A beautiful bathroom with bathtub, vanity and toilet. - Arz room perfect for children : a queen size bed on the mezzanine and 2 single beds in the other room, a door separates the 2 spaces. - Gavrinis room: a master suite ideal for a couple with or without children, it consists of a king size bed and a single bed. The fireplace and the view on the river promise excellent moments of relaxation! This room is accompanied by a large private bathroom with a walk-in shower, a sunken bathtub, two washbasins and a toilet, as well as a very large dressing room. Garden level / Level -1 - Access to the garden and the pond. - Ile aux Oiseaux: small apartment ideal for those who want a little independence: living room with lounge area and equipped kitchen, bedroom with king size bed, shower room and separate toilet. sofa bed 140. - Garage The exterior This domain of 55 hectares offers you a lot of choices : walks in the nature, swimming in the pool, relaxing on the deckchairs, outdoor games, aperitifs and other meals while enjoying the sunset.... The pool is available from May to September (subject to favorable weather conditions). Games, bikes and kayaks are also available. Neighborhood The commune of Crac'h is sought after for its calm, its preserved landscapes, its local traditions, its heritage, its megaliths, its footpaths, but also for its privileged location in Southern Brittany, in the very heart of the most renowned places, Ste Anne-d'Auray, Carnac, the Gulf of Morbihan, La Trinité-Sur-Mer, Quiberon and its offshore islands... Here and in the surroundings, all pleasures are combined with quality of life: hiking, biking, tennis, nautical and maritime activities, fishing, sea food and creperies, discovery of megalithic sites and chapels, folk or religious animations. Auray is about 5 minutes away by car: train station, local shops. Reception, cleaning and stewardship You will be welcomed by a trustworthy person on the spot, who will present you the house and will be able to give you all his recommendations on the good addresses of the corner! For stays of a week or more, we provide a change of towels and a complementary cleaning service in the middle of your stay (bathrooms, vacuum cleaner). For a more regular cleaning service, you will have to ask us at the time of your reservation and this service will be evaluated and invoiced in supplement. Transportation Auray train station at 9 km It is recommended to bring a vehicle to get around. Car rental at the Auray train station (think of anticipating the reservation in summer!).
