This country house, which was divided into apartments, is set in the heart of the region Tuscia, between hazelnut, chestnut and fruit trees and 2.5 km from the center of Capranica. Shared among all guests: pool, outdoor area, barbecue and outdoor shower. Each apartment has its own garden furniture. On the property, for common use, is available a small wooden barn where you can store your bicycles. Good location to visit the Latian countryside, Viterbo (25 km), the spa of San Sisto di Vetralla (7,5 km), the spa Terme dei Papi (25 km), the Bracciano Lake (19 km) and the Etruscan town Tuscania (34 km).
