Bright Two Bedroom Flat with Free Parking

Summary: Bright, modern flat within walking distance from Glasgow Green and Merchant City. Located in a quiet, friendly area. Suitable for a couple or a group of friends. Very homely place to stay in the perfect location. Perfect stay for a family with a great play park located outside the flat. Also complete with an upright table offering ample workspace, the apartment can also be a great spot for the business traveller or home-worker. In light of the recent developments concerning the COVID-19 outbreak, I am taking extra precautions and measures to ensure my property is being thoroughly cleaned and disinfected. I want to assure all guests I have taken these extra steps to ensure the health and safety of all travelers I host. The Space: Perfect home from home, lots of living space and 2 bright bedrooms. Master bedroom has an en-suite. The apartment has been tastefully decorated recently with style and guest comfort in mind. The large and spacious kitchen/living area gets plenty of natural light, comes with a fully equipped kitchen for everything you'd need for a self catering stay and is close by to the comfy couches and TV so you can relax after a nice meal. Beyond that there are two spacious bedrooms with plenty of storage for guests as well as two modern fitted bathrooms. The main bathroom also features a full size bath for those that enjoy a relaxing soak on their stay. Guest Access: Guests will have access to the entire property throughout their stay. All check in details will be sent in advance via our electronic guidebook link. The Neighborhood: The property is located within walking distance to Glasgow Green and the more vibrant Merchant City. There are a vast range of bars, restaurants, cafes and general nightlife in the Merchant City. The apartment is well located, within a short driving distance tomany local theatres, museums and universities (including Strathclyde Technology and Innovation Centre). Also located close by are several convenience stores (such as Tesco, Aldi and Sainsburys) and these will provide the main requirements for self-catering. A trip on the open topped bus will give a great insight into the culture and history of the city. These buses can be found in George Square. Getting Around: Ample parking outside. There is a bus stop less than a five minute walk away that will take you straight to the city centre on either the number 21 or 267. Other Things to Note: Please note, check in is not available on the 25th of December and the 1st of January. We can arrange rental of a high chair and a travel cot if needed during your stay Please be advised when selecting 1 or 2 guests we assume you will be using one bedroom.
