THE SPACE The holiday home has three bedrooms with a double bed in the first, second, and third bedrooms. Upstairs is an open plan main living area with a kitchen, a formal dining area, bedroom and ensuite bathroom. A mesmerizing views from the balcony with a table seating 6 people upstairs lounge/dining over the wetlands and river. Downstairs has an inviting family room, two bedrooms, and a large bathroom with a bath. A spacious lawned area is waiting for you for that wine and BBQ chillin' at night. HEATING & COOLING The beautiful holiday home has split system air conditioning downstairs and a gas heater & air conditioner (cooling) upstairs. Ceiling fans to lounge, bedrooms 1 and bedroom2.
