It's set in a unique location on the provincial border of Flevoland and Gelderland, with a golf course around the corner. From your villa, you can sail to the Veluwemeer lake in a few minutes and you're right next to the Harderbos natural area with its many walking and cycling routes. Cycle for 4 kilometres and you'll find the vibrant town of Harderwijk and its Dolfinarium marine mammal park. The Walibi Holland amusement park is also nearby at only 15 kilometres from the villa! The villa has a bright, modern interior and is equipped with all modern comforts. The living/dining room offers beautiful, uninterrupted views across a thoroughfare waterway. All bedrooms are spacious and have a light and airy feel to them. All bathrooms are fitted with a shower and one of the bathrooms has a bath as well. The garden within private grounds features a bubble bath and a spacious 6-person sauna. You can moor your boat to the private jetty. Please note! The interior is different from the pictures shown, but the layout and comfort level of this home are as described. The attractive Hanseatic city of Harderwijk is rich in history and worth exploring. Wander along the centuries old little streets and over the historic squares. Enjoy a nice shopping expedition or go out for a meal - plenty of options here! For sailing and fishing enthusiasts, there's the Veluwemeer lake. And the forests, heaths and sand drifts of the Veluwe area are perfect for walking and cycling. It's also the habitat of deer, wild boars and some special bird species. It's possible to rent bicycles and/or boats nearby. The Harderwold Villa Resort is a firework-free zone; setting off fireworks is prohibited throughout the entire year.
