Sun streams in making it warm and cosy, and the artist's works align the walls which magnifies its fabulous charm. The living area opens to a large deck where you can relax after a days adventures, enjoy a glass of merlot and look out through the Pohutukawas to the sparking blue water of the stunning West Coast ocean. Featuring a well-equipped kitchen with coffee maker to meet all your holiday cooking needs. Two spacious bedrooms with quality comfortable queen beds and luxurious linen which guarantees you a good nights sleep. The NP Aquatic Centre sits directly across the road where you can enjoy a day swimming and experience the joys of the wave machine. If you a wanting to get some much-needed relaxation wander down to the waterfront, explore the rock pools on low tide, breath in the sea spray and look out to the glistering blue ocean. Take a stroll along the Award-Winning Coastal Walkway to the CDB where you can enjoy the specialist shops, Puke Ariki Museum, Govett Brewster Art Gallery & Len Lye Centre. In the evening wander to the Port where you can enjoy fine dining at Gusto & Co and watch the boats launch. You can park the car up, as you wont need it the entire holiday as there are so many adventures a quick stroll away. Covid-19 cancellation policy.  If the Region that the booking person is from has gone into Government forced Covid lockdown preventing the booking guest from physically travelling to our Region, they will be offered the opportunity to move dates or be refunded in full. If the booking guest can not travel due to being Covid positive or being required to isolate and they can provide proof within the same dates of their stay, they will be offered the opportunity to move dates or be refunded in full. Please note: We do not refund for cancelled events due to Covid, standard cancellation policies apply. PLEASE NOTE THE CLEANING FEE: All linen & towels are provided by a commercial linen company and are professionally laundered. Properties have been cleaned prior to guests arrival to meet the Ministry of Health commercial cleaning standards. A part end of stay cleaning service is included. This covers the cleaning of bathrooms, mopping and rubbish removal. Guests are required to leave the property in a tidy and clean state which includes removing all sheets and pillowcases from beds and placing them in the laundry and making sure the kitchen is clean and all dishes are washed/the dishwasher loaded and turned on prior to departure. All Bach Break properties come well equipped with cooking oil, salt, pepper, coffee, tea, milk, cleaning products, dishwasher tablets, dishwashing liquid, toilet paper, liquid hand soap and body wash.
