This Entire 3 bedrooms Cottage is closed to Hunter Valley Wineries and conveniently walking distance to local shops, suitable for business and leisure travelers with special price Sunday to Thursday nights (exclude Public Holidays/ Special Events) as per our online listing. The main house 2 bedrooms has private front door entrance and the attached studio 1 bedroom has separate entrance from the side of the house, high ceilings, hardwood floors, large full kitchen with dining table, chairs and the attached studio shared walls, self contained with private ensuite bathroom and kitchenette. Full clean linens and towels are provided for number of guests booked only. The cottage is newly renovated and professionally cleaned between each booking to ensure a high standard. There is large back yard for the kids to play and run around. The stain glass window on front doors leads out to a lovely front balcony. A sofa bed only provide upon request at the time of booking . The kitchen is fully equipped with family fridge/freezer, crockery, cutlery, pots and pans and everything you could possibly need for your stay. The bathroom has new quality fittings. Relax in the large bath after a long day exploring. It has a separate standing shower. All 3 bedrooms have queen beds, quality bedding, ceiling fans, airconditioner and wardrobes. There is free Wifi, a smart TV with Netflix, games and kid toys. There is a large garden with outdoor bbq, an undercover enclosed back verandah with washing machine. This cottage also has reverse cycle air conditioning unit in the lounge room for your comfort in summer & winter. There are 3 Queen beds with quality firm mattresses and pillows, a large comfy pull out double sofa bed sleep 2+1 single sofa bed in lounge room, 1 small single sofa bed in studio room. Total sleep up to 10 guests. Sofa beds and its linens will only provided if book or pay for extra guests. Please ask us to arrange sofa beds in advance at the time of booking cos they might not be ready. Cleaning during stay can be organized with extra fee if you require. Extra fee $50 apply for early check in before 3pm and $50 apply for late check out after 10am. Please request these at the time of booking as our housekeeper is schedule in on time 10am. Extra guests fee $30 per person per night after 4 guests Close to Cessnock CBD, 10 mins drive to many different Wineyards offer cellar door wine tasting. Hunter Valley is well-known for foods, wines, concerts, its Semillon and Shiraz. It is 1.5-2 hours drive from Sydney and very famous for weddings, wedding festivals, wine festivals, Winery Long Lunches, Food & Wine festival running through May-June, live musical concerts, Kids activities like snow time in the garden during winter and Christmas light show during Nov-Jan Cessnock is a major town hub in Hunter Valley with pub, coffee shop, restaurants, bakeries, supermarket, petrol station, post office, newagency * only wear indoor shoes inside the house * No Pet * No baby cot * Smoking outdoor * Avoid eating in bed * No extra guests may stay, please pay for extra guests stay * Strickly NO party or events : guests might be asked to leave non refundable if there is noise complaint * All appliances, air-conditioner, heater (except fridge) to turn off when no one in the house * If you stay on Tuesday evening, please take garbage bins to the street like the neighbours for collection early Wednesday morning.
