The Pacific Ocean and the broad, open sands of Gold Beach are your front yard at this stunningly situated oceanfront home. Full of amenities and conveniently close to town, this home includes a private hot tub, a viewing deck with a gas grill and an unbeatable setting for experiencing the beauty of the Southern Oregon Coast. Enter on the ground floor and make your way upstairs, where the main living space awaits. Slide open the glass doors and step out onto the elevated deck, where you can grill, lounge in the sun, and enjoy the cushioned rocking chairs - all with a spectacular view of the ocean and the beach. Back inside, a plush sofa and armchairs encircle a gas fireplace and a Smart TV, creating a great spot to cozy up if the fog rolls in. A full kitchen with a peninsula breakfast bar, a circular dining table, and a convenient half-bath complete the great room. After a day spent lounging in the four provided beach chairs or boogie boarding in the ocean waves, you'll return to a four-person hot tub on the patio and two washer/dryer sets - one upstairs, one downstairs - to take care of your swimsuits. At night, each of the three bedrooms has a Smart TV (with the Spectrum TV app) and its own en suite bathroom for privacy. Parking notes: 1 small car can fit in garage and There is a limit of two cars per household in driveway. Please do not park on the street on the east side of the property. Please be aware that there is no boat or RV parking in the neighborhood. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $2,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
