Semi detached holiday house with private tower and swimming pool (at guests ‘exclusive use) in Torre Amena, only 20 minutes from Viterbo. From the equipped and panoramic terrace access to the saltwater pool with panoramic view. For children there is a small play area next to the pool, soccer and volleyball field. The property comprises a two levels main building with an independent entrance and an annexed medieval tower, with external access, where the sleeping area is on the first and second floors. All rooms are air conditioned. The unit is located only 7 km from A1 motorway Orte exit and only 4 km from the highway: ideal position to visit Viterbo, Tarquinia and Civitavecchia. We suggest visiting Bomarzo with its giant stone masks at 12 km, Orvieto at 50 km. Rome is easily reached within an hour's drive (or you can get there by train from Orte Scalo 3.5 km). Wine and gourmets lovers will be able to go to the wine festival in Vignanello (15Km), or the festival of cavatello (kind of homemade pasta) in Vitorchiano (21 km). The house owners live in the accommodation behind the tower, in a separate apartment with access from the terrace. In the property there are free living docile and socialized dogs and cats. Please note that: Bed linen and towels are included in the room rate. Consumption costs are not included in the room rate and will be charged according to guest use within 3 weeks after check-out.
