Villa Corsarina is a cozy holiday home with garden, for holidays in the area of Sant`Isidoro and Nardò. It accommodates up to 6 guests and it`s in Villaggio Resta. It has a large furnished and paved garden, enriched by flowerbeds, plants and trees. There are two porches, one of which is at the back of the house and it`s ideal at lunch or dinner, also equipped with an outdoor shower. Moreover, there is a parking area in the property. The holiday home opens into a large living room with French size sofa bed, dining area and tv, library, a sitting room on a raised ground floor with sofa, armchairs and fireplace, a beautiful room with two French doors and access to the two gardens of the holiday home. Moreover, there is a well-equipped kitchen with fridge and freezer, electric oven, dishwasher, microwave oven, kettle, toaster and coffee machine and the washing machine. From the living room, there is a small staircase that takes to the hallway and the sleeping area, which consists of 3 double bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and another with tub but no bidet. The surroundings of Villa Corsarina Villa Corsarina is in Villaggio Resta, an area in the countryside, 4 kilometers away from the seaside location of Sant`Isidoro, a town with many amenities and shops. Porto Cesareo is 10 kilometers away, while Nardò is 7 kilometers away. - After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12pm). - Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language. - The tourist tax is not included in the price and will be applied, where applicable, according to the municipal regulations. - Bed linen/towels not provided: price is euro 15 per person per week. - In case of non-disposal of waste, a penalty of euro 80 will be retained of the deposit. - In case the kitchen and cutlery are left uncleaned, a penalty of euro 40 will be retained of the deposit. - One bathroom has no bidet.
