Bracken Barn

Bracken Barn is one of our new barn conversations launched in 2020. Bracken has been lovingly furnished to give you some where cosy to come back to after a day of adventure in the lakes. Guests staying in Bracken will benefit from a large outdoor area just for them featuring a POD and a BBQ hut with beautiful views over the adjoining field. Infront of Bracken you will find a terrace area with a dining table and gas BBQ, the entrance is located on the terrace through glass Patio doors. Once inside you will find an open plan living area this includes a Corner sofa with drift wood coffee table which is positioned so you can enjoy the view. The sofa also pulls out to a double bed creating an extra bedroom. There is a large dining table chairs and a kitchen in the same room. In the Kitchen you will find a large Fridge, Hob, Kettle, toaster and Microwave Oven with plenty of cupboard space. We have stocked the kitchen with cutlery, crockery and cooking utensils everything we think you will need for your stay. We also provide tea, coffee, sugar and 1 pint of milk on arrival. At the Back of the open plan Living area, you will find a double Bedroom, Twin Bedroom and the bathroom. The Bathroom is located in the middle of the property and includes a shower, sink and toilet. The double Bedroom features a wardrobe, bed side tables with lamps and a dressing table with a stool whilst the twin bedroom features a wardrobe and bed side tables with lamps. The interior of Bracken has stone tiles throughout with underfloor heating. As well as a BBQ terrace outside of Bracken you will find a POD which has two additional beds and a seating area, as well as the BBQ hut which provides a lovely place to spend your evenings. All bedding and towels are provided and parking for 1 car is available outside the property - well behaved dogs are welcome. Newlands farm stables are a collection of 5 Glamping Properties All properties are provided with tea, coffee, milk and linen (more available on request) as well as all utensils needed for cooking. Traditional Ensuites – These are stables 1 & 2, Sleep up to 4 guests in a Tripple Bunk Bed and a pull out sofa bed. They have a private bath room with a shower and a Kitchenette Superior En suite – Stable 3. Sleeps up to 4 Guests in a double bed and a double sofa bed. It has a private en suite with a shower and a Kitchenette All the above have access to their own BBQs and fire pits. They can also be booked as a block under the connected barn. As well as the Stables we have two Barn conversions available Heather Barn (Barn en-suite with shower). This features a large open plan kitchen dinner and living room. Has two bedrooms one with a double bed and one with a two single beds and a private bathroom with a shower. The sofa pulls out to a double bed so the property sleep 6 in total. There is a Gas BBQ outside as well as access to a fire pit Bracken Barn (Barn Luxury shared bathroom) – This has the same layout as Heather with a few added extras. Outside there is a POD which sleeps two guests and a BBQ hut. Bracken Barn sleeps 8 guests in total. All Accommodation is Pet friendly we ask the £5 pn per pet is paid via an honesty box. A bucket of logs is left for all guests with access to extras again paid via an honesty box. Please note that we do not provide TVs in any of our accommodations. The property also backs on to a railway. With access to national cycle routes including C2C ,the Lakes and Dales Loop, Exactly half way on the lands end to John O'Groats route
