An isolated house on the edge of the village surrounded by nature and a large garden. Just renovated old traditional stone house, 10 km far from town Split, located on the hill in separated part of village Klis, right next to the state road connecting Split with the A1 Motorway. Holiday house Vita is an ideal place for private vacation in the green and natural environment. House is a traditionally built Dalmatian stone house that offers comfortable accommodation for 6 persons. It offers you 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 toilet, living and dining area, 2 outdoor dining areas with barbecues, private 40 m2 heated pool plus 5m2 jacuzzi, private 60 m2 cage ball, fully covered with free W-Fi and much more. It is located in separated part of village Klis, precisely at the end of one of the village hamlets, being the last house on the hamlet narrow road. Hamlet narrow road ends in a front of the house Vita. Last 50m to house is higher uphill. . Car is recommended . The whole property is consists of 4 cascade levels, including 32 stairs. House Vita consists of ground floor and first floor. Ground floor offers: fully equipped kitchen with dining area, living room with sofa and TV, bathroom with shower and laundry room with storage cabinets. From ground floor there is exit to a spacious terrace on the south side with view on village, valley, Split and Trogir town as well as a view on Island Solta and Peninsula Ciovo. First floor offers 2 bedrooms and one bathroom. Bedroom No.1 has king size bed 180x200cm (sleeps two) and a TV. Bedroom No.2 has two single beds 90x200 (sleeps two). Family bathroom with spacious bath tub and toilet is located in a hall between bedrooms. On the ground floor there is sofa bed 160x200cm (sleeps two). Only 15 min driving to get to famous town Split that has great 2000 years old history. 20 min driving to get to small town Trogir (also with great history), or 35 min to small town Omis (riviera with beaches) near river Cetina, that offers a lot of activities like rafting, zip-line, canyoning and many more. In cooperation with Adventure Dalmatia, which is Croatia’s leading agency in organizing adventure daily trips and holidays, you can go on a daily trip on river Cetina and enjoy in Canoe or Canyoning safari and much more. If you like hiking or bicycling, there is also opportunity to explore mountain Mosor. Nearest small town is Klis, which has great history also, and has been famous for its fort, Fort of Klis. Recommendation for a visit. Everything you need is in the center (i.e. grocery shop, post office, pharmacy, cafe bars and restaurant).
