20 minutes from Angoulême, near La Rochefoucauld, a few hundred meters from the village of Pranzac, Claire and Eric will welcome you in an old estate fully restored in local architecture on foundations of the 15th century and on a space of 3 hectares. Without immediate vicinity and away from traffic, you will enjoy peace and serenity, in a green setting, at the edge of the park of the old Pranzac castle. The equipment and the activities on offer will allow families to have a pleasant stay. The Gîte du Verger is labeled "Tourism and handicap" and can accommodate people with motor, mental, visual or hearing disabilities. Completely on one level, it combines practicality with authenticity. It is independent, near the two other gites, guest rooms and the owners' house, in a house completely renovated in visible stones, in the heart of a flowery and shaded environment. The kitchen is fully equipped, and specially fitted out to allow the autonomy of people with reduced mobility. Living room with flat screen tv. The first bedroom, accessible to disabled people, has a double bed (140 cm). The second bedroom has two single beds (90 cm). The bathroom and wc are fully equipped, the wc are independent.
